Supporter of the Week 11

... and to continue our Supporter of the Week.....we give you GILLIAN FREW. Also one of our committee members who is a rugby player, referee and supporter.

WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE STADIUM:
It has to be the now named StoneX Stadium, not so much the stadium but the welcome from Saracens Supporters Association, the atmosphere created by Warriors fans and the new friends made
WHAT IS YOUR BEST EXPERIENCE, HOME OR AWAY:
Still is the final in Belfast in 2015. There was an amazing atmosphere and you really. the team played some great rugby and the 16th Warrior support was amazing.
WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE A WARRIORS SUPPORTER:
I started following Glasgow around 2009 and have seen the club flourish culminating in winning the Pro12 Final in 2015. However, it's also about being there in the ups and downs the close encounters, dramatic wins and the losses. You can't fault the effort and when it comes together you are awestruck.
I love meeting up with everyone home and away, "People make Glasgow" Dragging myself along after a hectic week, soon all is forgotten of heading off on the team charter for a European game in France
IF YOU WEREN'T A WARRIORS' SUPPORTER, WHO WOULD YOU SUPPORT?:
Apart from warriors and Scotland I support Fiji and New Zealand as I love the way they play. It's been great these last month's watching Super Rugby Aotearoa the skill on display is just amazing, still to choose a time to get behind there.
WHAT DO YOU MISS MOST?:
I've missed being at the games yelling/ chanting in support of the team as well as all the meet ups pre and post match. I miss being with the Committee seeking to make a difference on match days, linking up with warriors management and raising money for charity. Looking forward to getting back playing and blowing my whistle again too. #RugbyFamily
