GLASGOW WARRIORS ARE RABODIRECT PRO 12 2014 FINALISTS!!!

It has been an amazing season, and now Glasgow are the first Scottish team to make a Rabodirect Pro 12 final. With Leinster v Ulster deciding if this is the year that goes down in history as the best ever for Scottish professional rugby with a home final on the cards.

We would like to take the opportunity to say a massive thank you to all the supporters who have not only been behind the club but also The XVIth Warrior! We move into our 3rd year as Glasgow Warriors official supporters club and we could not have done it without the engagement of all our fellow supporters, so thank you!

We hope to see this season finish on the ultimate high, but in the mean time we have uploaded videos to our YouTube channel!

The night starts at 18:30 on Wednesday 21 May at the Hilton Hotel Glasgow.

Your ticket includes a drinks reception, 3 course dinner, 1/2 a bottle of wine per person and time to interact with the players in a more relaxed setting.

Family Fun Day!

In the warm up to the 1872 cup part deux, Glasgow Warriors will be hosting a Family Fun Day Saturday 26 April 2014 in Victoria Park! 

Your friendly neighborhood supporters club are setting up shop! We will have cake from Beth's Beautiful Cupcakes (sure we all fondly remember the Jammy Dodger Cupcake!) and a Tombola stall. You will also get the chance to meet the committee and the new Chairman. We are a friendly bunch so come say hi!

The day will run from 14:00 to 17:00 in the park; a hop skip and a jump from Scotstoun (see map) to put us all in the mood for the game!

There will also be rugby skills sessions and various activities to perfectly warm you all up to play your part as the XVIth Warrior, and bring the noise to Scotstoun like never before!

It will be do or die with this game cementing our play off place. Shade, James & Tim all said that what we bring as supporters makes all the difference. Your team needs you #WarriorNation! See you all in the park!

P.S Saturday 26 April is also Gregor Townsends birthday!

Back to the basics this weekend and we have Cardiff Blues visiting. With internationals over the boys are back in town on home soil.

Your friendly neighbourhood supporters club will of course be in attendance signing up new members, and putting on a very Lions raffle!

The XVIth Warrior Pub Quiz 2013

After the success of The XVIth Warrior Pub Quiz  2012 we are doing it again! 

We had Troy Nathan, Chris Fusaro, Ed Kalman, Graeme Morrison, Gus Macdonald, Rory Lamont, Tim Swinson, Mike Cusack and Niko Matawalu all come along and they had a great time in amongst the supporters:
